脂肪醇磷酸酯聚氧乙烯醚的合成

         

摘要

The liphatic alcohol phosphate polyethenoxy was synthesized by alcohol of C12-14, phosphorus pentoxide and ethylene oxide. Using the single factor test method, the effects of the ratio of liphatic alcohol to phosphorus pentoxide, reaction temperature, reaction time on the application performance were investigated. The optimal synthetic conditions of liphatic alcohol phosphate were as follows: phosphorus pentoxide were fed at batches while stirring tempestuously, the mole ratio of liphatic alcohol and phosphorus pentoxide 2.5:1, esterification or hydrolysis react at 65 ℃ for 3 h. When the number of ethylene oxide of liphatic alcohol phos-phate in structure were added to 7~8, the permeability and the washing power reached the optimal value. The results showed that the synthesis process of liphatic alcohol phosphate polyethenoxy was simple, the concent of phosphoric acid was 4.5%, and the performance of washing and penetration could reach 68% and 13 s, re-spectively.%以C12~14醇、五氧化二磷、环氧乙烷为原料合成了脂肪醇磷酸酯聚氧乙烯醚,采用单因素实验考察了投料比、反应温度和反应时间对其应用性能的影响,得到优化工艺条件为:在强力搅拌下,五氧化二磷分批加料,n(脂肪醇):n(五氧化二磷)=2.5:1,于65℃下酯化或水解反应3 h.当脂肪醇磷酸酯末端磷羟基上引入的环氧乙烷数目为7~8时,脂肪醇磷酸酯聚醚的净洗力和渗透力达到最优.脂肪醇磷酸聚醚不仅合成工艺简单,小分子磷酸质量分数低至4.5%,应用方面净洗力达到68%,渗透力仅为13 s.
