PET纤维节能减排型染色加工技术的概述

     

摘要

Traditional dyeing process of PET fiber is not in accordance with the modern concept of envi?ronmental protection and energy saving because of its large consumption of water and environmental pollu?tion. Through the introduction of the application of disperse dye microcapsule staining technique, supercritical CO2dyeing technology, disperse dye carrier dyeing technology, vacuum sublimation dyeing technology, in situ mineralization staining and sol-gel dyeing technology and other new energy saving and emission reduction in dyeing technology in the production of PET fiber, the characteristics of various new dyeing and finishing tech?nologies were summarized. The results showed that the most of energy saving and emission reduction of PET fiber dyeing technology were in the experimental stage. Due to the technical level and the capital limit, it could not be used in practice, but the new environment-friendly dyeing technology was the future develop?ment trend. At the same time, with the development of digital technology and the continuous application of disperse printing and dyeing technology, PET fabric printing and dyeing technology will also move towards the era of digital printing and dyeing.%传统PET纤维染色过程因耗水量大、容易污染环境,已经不符合现代环保节能的生产理念.通过介绍分散染料微胶囊染色技术、超临界CO2染色技术、分散染料载体染色技术、真空升华染色技术、原位矿化染色技术和溶胶凝胶染色技术等新型节能减排染色技术在PET纤维染色生产中的应用,总结各种新型染整技术的特点.结果表明:PET纤维节能减排染色技术多数处于试验阶段,由于技术水平和资金限制没有能够得到较好的实际应用,但新型环保型染色技术是未来的发展趋势.与此同时,随着数字化技术的发展,散墨印染技术的不断应用,PET织物印染工艺也将走向数字化印染的时代.
