有机硅柔软剂在不同织物上热迁移规律的探索

         

摘要

为探索有机硅柔软剂在涤纶织物和棉织物上的热迁移规律,采用法宝仪(PhabrOmeter3织物风格仪)分别测试了柔软整理前后涤纶织物和棉织物手感的变化,并测试了亲水性.通过对织物手感随定型温度及时间变化程度的定量化表征,判断有机硅在不同织物上的热迁移程度差异.结果表明,升高热处理温度,延长热处理时间均可使柔软整理后涤纶织物和棉织物的手感提升,但亲水性下降.热处理时有机硅柔软剂有向织物表面迁移的趋势,同等条件下在涤纶织物上迁移的程度显著大于棉织物.%In order to investigate the low of thermal migration of silicone softeners on polyester and cot?ton fabrics, the changes in hand feeling of the fabrics before and after soften finishing with different tempera?ture and time were measured by PhabrOmeter3. And the hydrophilicity was also tested. The migration degree of organic silicon softeners on different fabrics was assessed by the quantitative characterization of the hand feeling under different setting temperature and time. The results showed that the hand feeling was improved, but the hydrophilicity is decreased by increasing heat treatment temperature and prolonging heat treatment time. The silicone softeners tended to migrate to the surface of the fabrics under the heat treatment. Under the same conditions, the degree of the migration of silicone softeners on polyester fabrics was significantly greater than that on cotton fabrics.
