新型并条胶辊的研制与应用

         

摘要

In order to improve the performace of anti-entangling and abrasion-resistance of the conventional drawing cot for high speed spinning,starting with the modification of NBR and the selection of the nanomaterial,a new material for the drawing cot production is prescribed considering the sulfuration system,the anti-static agent,and the reinforced packing system.Highlight is given to the certainty of the prescription of the drawing cot BHRB85B plus its optimization,the forming process and the surface treatment technology.Trial spinning proves that there is adhesive fastness between the rubber layer and the core roller,which is in conformity with the requirement of the high speed drawing frame with good flexibility,good performance of anti-entangling,and anti-static.There is significant spinnability for viscose fiber and small count yarn such as tenel and modal fiber.%为了改善高速纺纱中普通并条胶辊的抗绕性、耐磨性并保证棉条质量,从丁腈橡胶并用、改性、纳米材料选用入手,在研究其硫化体系、抗静电剂、补强填充体系等基础上,设计出并条胶辊胶料新配方,重点阐述了新型BHRB85B型并条胶辊配方的确定、优化,成型工艺与表面处理技术的选取。通过试纺实践证明,该新型胶辊胶层和辊芯粘接牢靠,满足高速并条机需求,具有较好的弹性、抗绕性和抗静电性能,特别是对纺天丝、莫代尔等许多新型粘胶纤维和细号纱具有明显的适纺性能。
