对某型大容量涤纶短纤维卷曲机的改造

摘要

In order to solve the problem of the crimp frame with big capacity as to the poor output ot tiber or shutdown after 3-rain normal performance,analysis is done to the terylene process and the equipment. Conclusion is made that the above-said problems may result from the low temperature, tension, main pressure,back pressure and poor design or improper fabrication and assembly of the off-center sleeve and the screw. It is pointed out that it is necessary to localize the problems carefully for all-in-one solution of the problems one by one. Bold modification and careful application are both appreciated. Some modification plans are put forth for the stablity of the machine performance.%为解决大容量卷曲机正常工作3min后出丝不畅直至故障停车问题，分析了涤纶工艺与设备，认为上述问题可能由于丝束温度、张力，主压、背压或偏心套、项丝等设计、制造或装配不合理等原因造成；指出应仔细查找，逐一排除，大胆改造，谨慎试用，并提出了改造方案，以保证设备的稳定性。
