我国正处于工业化、城镇化的快速发展时期，用地供需矛盾日益突出。节约集约利用国土资源自上升为国家战略后，政府、科学家和社会各界在节约集约用地之路上积极探索和实践，取得了一定成效。通过分析我国节约集约用地的政策背景，总结国土资源部系统开展的工作、专家学者在学术领域的研究及各省份节约集约用地的不同模式，得出节约集约用地措施在促发展上显现积极效应等结论。最后提出各项措施出台前应均衡考虑各方利益和探索建立节约集约用地长效机制的建议。% China's land supply and demand contradiction is increasingly seriously in the period of rapid development of indus-trialization and urbanization. After the intensive and conservation use of land resources rising to national strategies, the government, scientists and the community achieved some successes with lots of active exploration and practice. This paper analyzed the background of China's land use policy, summarized the works that the Ministry of Land and Resources have carried out, furthermore, scholars' research and some implementations in different provinces are included. It is concluded that land intensification makes posi-tive effects in promoting economic development. Finally, 2 recom-mendations are proposed, firstly, various measures should be balanced to consider the interests of all parties before introduction;secondary, explore long-term mechanism for land intensification is necessary.
