黑龙江省农田生态补偿标准意愿调查分析研究

摘要

In this paper, the ecological compensation for farmland willingness to conduct in-depth study of Heilongjiang province, based on CVM, take the form of field survey questionnaires to farmers object to promote ecological compensation significance of farmland, in -depth understanding of farmers compensation for farmland ecological awareness and ecological compensation wishes provide a reference for ecological compensation mechanism in Heilongjiang Province farmland. Survey sites selected major rice producing areas in Heilongjiang Province to rice crops a study as a baseline. Studies have shown that a more positive response to the respondents for ecological compensation, fully aware of the importance of environmental protection. Eight assumptions on the willingness depth investigation and analysis of respondents' willingness to understand the constraints under certain assumptions.%本文对于黑龙江省农田生态补偿意愿进行深入研究，基于意愿调查法（CVM），采取实地调查问卷的形式，以农户对象，推广农田生态补偿意义，深入了解农户对于农田生态补偿认识及生态补偿的意愿，为黑龙江省农田生态补偿机制提供参考。调查地点选择了黑龙江省水稻主产区，以水稻作为基准农作物展开研究。研究表明为受访者对于生态补偿响应比较积极，充分认识到了生态环境保护的重要意义。通过对八个假设条件进行了深入的意愿调查与分析，了解受访者对特定假设条件下的意愿和制约因素。
