港口区域生态补偿的特征研究

摘要

港口区域的环境保护问题日益受到关注，港口区域生态补偿机制的实施有利于确保港口功能实现的同时改善港区生态环境质量，清晰界定港口区域生态补偿的特征是设计港口生态补偿机制的基础和依据。本文在梳理国内外学者对生态补偿类型研究的基础上，对港口生态补偿的特征进行了归类分析。%The environmental protection in port area is increasingly concerned. The implementation of ecological compensation (EC) mechanism in port area is conducive to the realization of the port function and improvement of the ecological environment quality around the port. Defined the characteristics of port EC clearly is the basis for the design of the port's EC mechanism. Firstly, the paper summarized the types of EC at home and abroad and concluded the characteristics of EC of the port. The conclusion can provide the guidance for the establishment of EC mechanism in port area.
