高标准基本农田建设项目实施后评价浅析

摘要

为了使高标准基本农田项目建设的实施后评价能够落到实处，本文结合历年学者在土地整理实施后评价的研究、高标准基本农田实施现状和各类工程的特点，提出了高标准基本农田建设项目实施后评价的必要性、指标设置思路，以及核心评价因子，为今后高标准基本农田项目实施后评价提供参考依据。%In order for the post-evaluation for project implementa-tion of high standard basic farmland construction to implement, based on the study of the evaluation and the implementation of the high standard basic farmland of the scholars in the past years, and the characteristics of all kinds of project, this paper puts for-ward the need for the post-evaluation for project implementation of high standard farmland basic construction, thinking of set index and the core evaluation factors, thus providing a reference basis for the post-evaluation for project implementation of high standard basic farmland construction for future.
