LTE-CDMA自组织网络方案研究

摘要

Considering that LTE and 3G network will be long-term coexistence, inter LTE-3G SON will bring many benefits.For example, the ability of load balance will help to offload LTE traffic from/to 3G network.Automatic neighbor relationship will accelerate the LTE network deployment, and MRO can help to improve the handover performance between LTE and 3G.This article studied the inter RAT SON function for LTE-CDMA scenario, including the usecase requirements, the potential solutions and the problems need to be solved.%考虑到LTE与3G网络将长期共存,跨接入网的自组织网络技术可以带来很多好处,其中负载均衡技术有利于在LTE与3G网络之间实现业务负荷分担,自动邻区关系有助于加快LTE网络部署速度,移动顽健性优化有利于提升LTE与3G网络之间的切换性能.本文对跨LTE与CDMA网络场景的自组织网络技术进行研究,包括需求场景、潜在技术方案、需要解决的问题等.
