基于 ARM 电池组均衡控制系统算法应用

             

摘要

为了弥补单体电池因电压差造成过充过放性能较弱的缺陷,同时为保护电池组,以提高其有限容量利用率,提出并设计了一种优化的基于 ARM Cortex-M3电池组均衡控制算法应用系统。以 EXP-LM3S811作为开发平台,实现上、下位机数据通信、荷电状态(SOC)算法、电池参数及报警功能,采用一种优化的电量复合估算方法,对电池组 SOC 进行准确计算,并且利用 Labview 人机界面实时监控电池组工作状态。通过仿真和实验证明,该系统提高了均衡控制效率和精度,具有较好的电池利用率。%In order to make up for the disadvantages of over-charge,over-discharge and other adverse effects caused by the voltage difference in individual cells of power batteries,and at the same time to protect the battery pack to improve utilization of its limited capacity,an optimized equalization control algorithm for batteries based on ARM Cortex-M3 is proposed in this article. With EXP-LM3S81 1 as development platform,data communication between up and down computer,SOC algorithm,battery pa-rameters monitoring and alarm are realized.An optimized and accurate compound SOC calculating algorithm is adopted,and Lab-VIEW software is used to monitor the real-time working state of batteries.Simulation and experimental results show that the sys-tem improves the efficiency and precision of batteries,and realizes better utilization of batteries.
