微电网中飞轮储能系统的研究

         

摘要

微电网中只有风力、光伏发电的微型电源时,其随机性和波动性较大,使得微型电源的输出功率和频率不稳定,造成微电网抗干扰能力弱.当微网由并网变为孤岛时,需要切除大部分负荷或全部负荷.在微电网中采用飞轮储能系统可以使微电网的功率与频率稳定,保证供电的质量.利用飞轮储能系统的大功率充放电及充放电次数无限制的特点,通过网侧逆变器的控制来决定网侧的输出电流,从而实现了微源的功率与负荷的功率相平衡.当外网发生故障时,飞轮储能系统在较短的时间里向微网提供大功率支撑,维持微网内负荷稳定运行,一直到故障清除为止.通过digsilent仿真证明了飞轮储能系统的可靠性,以及它在微网中运用的经济性、高效性,提高了微网的坚强性.%When micro-grid only includes wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation micro power,their randomness and volatile, making miniature power supply output power and frequency instability, caused by micro-grid anti-jamming capability is weak.When the grid-connected micro grid transfers into island,most of the load or even all should have to be cut off.In micro-grid using flywheel storage system that allows power and frequency stable, to ensure the quality of power supply.Utilizing the characteristic of high power charge and discharge ability and infinite charge and discharge number of FESS (flywheel energy storage system), by the network side of the inverter control to determine the network-side output current, the micro-power source and the load power phase equilibrium is realized.When the external network fails,large amount of power can be provided to micro-grid by FESS in a short time, keeping the micro load stable operation until the fault is cleared up.Demonstrated by simulation digsilent,reliability FESS, and its use in a micro-grid economy and efficiency to improve micro-grid strong.
