基于DIgSILENT的光伏系统建模及仿真

         

摘要

The dynamic simulation model of the photovoltaic cell is built according to the physical characteristics and mathematical model of the photovoltaic cell.The double loop feedback control with the inner-loop of current and the outer-loop voltage control method is adoptedin this model, and the maximum power is tracked by the perturbation method, and the maximum power tracking (MPPT) function is mainly studied.By changing the external conditions such as light intensity, the electromagnetic transient simulation of the system is carried out, and the influence of external conditions on the output characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system is studied.The simulation results show that the model is correct and can be used in the model construction of micro grid system.%文中根据光伏电池的物理特性和数学模型,在DIgSILENT中搭建了光伏电池的动态仿真模型.该模型采用电压外环和电流内环的双环控制方式,同时采取扰动观察法来追踪最大功率,重点研究了最大功率追踪(MPPT)功能.通过改变光照强度等外部条件对系统进行电磁暂态仿真,研究外界条件变化对光伏发电系统输出特性的影响.仿真结果验证了该模型的正确性,可以进一步用于微电网系统的模型建设中.
