VoLTE核心网建设方案

摘要

With the gradual maturity of VoLTE terminal, VoLTE voice service based on IMS comes to be a key to deal with OTT voice services and to develope RCS business for telecom operator, at the same time, the construction of IMS network has two kinds of construction schemes, which are upgrading fixed IMS network and separate constructing new IMS network, in this paper, in this two schemes we analyze the construction plan of the main network elements of VoLTE core network such asCSCF、HSS、SBC、MMTEL、ENUM/DNS、MGCF、DRA、MME、PCRF、PGW、eNode B,at the same time,we also gives the relevant construction opinion about the IMS network construction scheme for telecom operators to undertake VoLTE voice service.%随着VoLTE终端的逐渐成熟，基于IMS的VoLTE话音业务成为电信运营商应对OTT话音业务、发展RCS业务的关键所在，同时IMS网络的建设又存在升级改造固网IMS网络、单独新建IMS网络两种建设方案，本文分析了两种方案下VoLTE核心网CSCF、HSS、SBC、MMTEL、ENUM/DNS、MGCF、DRA、MME、PCRF、PGW、eNode B等主要网元的建设方案，同时也对电信运营商采用何种IMS网络建设方案承接VoLTE话音业务给出了相关建设意见。
