浅谈学习型班组、QC小组活动与自主管理关系

The independent administration is the direction of future enterprise development.The knowledge system of learning group provides the theoretical support for the independent administration,while QC group activities are the practical tools to set up learning groups.Three of them are always in full accord,and helpful in improving the management of enterprises.%自主管理是未来企业发展的方向,学习型班组的知识体系为自主管理提供了理论的支持,QC小组活动是建立学习型班组的实践工具,三者相辅相承,促进企业管理水平的提升。
