This paper is based on the geographic information system,using the theory of systems engineering and information sci-ence,combined with Shen Jia Zhuang Shanxi Kexing Group mine’s own production conditions ,analyses the Shenjiazhuang coalmine mining link management.System management interface of coal mining,the need to store the quantitativeindex and infor-mation,database,and decision analysis of existing data .Application of mine management system,helps to reduce the labor cost,improve safety coefficient and improve the work efficiency of coal mine production.%以地理信息系统为基础,运用系统工程和信息科学的相关理论,结合山西科兴集团申家庄煤矿的自身生产条件,对申家庄煤矿采掘衔接管理进行了分析说明。煤矿采掘衔接系统管理的实现,需要将定量化的指标和信息进行存储,建立数据库,然后对已有数据进行决策分析。采掘衔接管理系统的运用,有助于降低人工成本、提升安全系数和提高煤矿生产工作效率。
