100低地板现代有轨电车标准综合体的构建

摘要

100% low-floor modern trams ( hereinafter referred to as“the modern trams”) ) are in the golden age of development and have a large market demand. Domestic Chinese manufacturers haven’t yet realized the localization and mass production of the 100% low-floor modern trams. This paper discusses the working procedures of integrated standardization and suggests carrying out the independent development of 100% low-floor modern trams through the measures of combining the processes of standard devel-opment,formulation,implementation and supervision together thus to enhance the efficiency of the R&D and manufacturing and promote the localization process of independent development of the100% low-floor modern trams.%100%低地板现代有轨电车(以下简称有轨电车)目前正处于黄金发展阶段，市场需求巨大，但尚未完全实现国产化和批量化生产。探讨了运用综合标准化的工作方法，采用标准研究、制定、实施和监督一体化的措施来开展有轨电车的自主研制工作，提升研制效率，加快实现现代有轨电车车辆自主研制技术的国产化。
