Analyze the reason of high speed shaft oil seal leakage in the field of scraper conveyor. And present an improved de-sign method of sealing structure. Finally, present the relevant requirements for the design methods base on the point of view of de-sign, processing, assembly and maintenance.%分析了刮板输送机用减速器现场使用中高速轴油封漏油的原因，提出了一种改进后的密封结构的设计方法，并且对该种设计方法从设计、加工、装配和维护角度提出了相关要求。
