The thesis analyzes the design and assembly difficulty with two aspects in details. It proposes the corresponding solu-tion from the perspective of practical production,combined with special structure and technical requirements. It sums up the suit-able assembly process and adjustment scheme, and also accumulated valuable assembling experience for the type of gas turbine.%针对M701DA型燃气轮机的总装台位设计和装配难点两方面进行了详细分析，从实际生产角度出发，结合机组特殊结构和技术要求，提出了相应的解决方案，总结出适合该机型机组的装配流程和调整方案，为该类型燃气轮机的装配积累了宝贵经验。
