设计了一种测试轨道交通车辆转向架与车体间动态电缆布线可行性的装置,该装置充分考虑了电缆电压等级、电磁兼容等电气要求、电缆柔韧特性、电缆粗细、电缆材质等在设计中可能出现的各种情况,巧妙地解决了转向架与车体电缆两固间动态定点位置及长度确定困难的问题,大大减少设计偏差、试制周期和成本.%This paper designs a device to test the feasibility of dynamic cable routing between the bogie and the car body of the rail transit vehicle.The device takes full account of the electrical requirements such as cable voltage level, electromagnetic compatibility, cable flexibility, cable thickness and cable material.In the various situations that may arise cleverly solved the bogie and the body of the cable between the two dynamic fixed-point position and length to determine the difficult issues, greatly reducing design bias, the trial cycle and cost.
