Based on the theory and method of data envelopment, this paper established the evaluation index system and model of green competitiveness of coal enterprises from five dimensions: green economic profitability, green resource recycling ability, green environmental governance ability, green technology innovation ability and green management ability, and took Yanzhou Coal Ming Co. Ltd as an example. Applying the model, this paper selected the relevant data of the enterprise from2008 to 2017 and evaluated its green competitiveness in the past ten years. The results show that: during 2008—2012, the green competitiveness of Yanzhou Coal Ming Co. Ltd. is in a continuous upward stage; from 2013 to 2016, due to the decline in economic efficiency of enterprises, the green competitiveness has fallen; after 2016, through reducing production capacity, adjusting the structure and other supply-side reform, green competitiveness in 2017 of Yanzhou Coal Ming Co. Ltd. was improved. Finally, according to the evaluation conclusion, the paper put forward some suggestions on how to improve the green competitiveness of Yanzhou coal industry.%基于数据包络的理论和方法, 文中从绿色经济盈利能力、绿色化资源循环利用能力、绿色环境治理能力、绿色技术创新能力和绿色化管理能力5个维度建立了煤炭企业绿色竞争力评价指标体系和评价模型;并以兖州煤业股份有限公司为例, 应用该模型, 选取该企业2008—2017年的相关数据, 对其十年间的绿色竞争力做出了评价.研究结论表明:2008—2012年期间, 兖州煤业的绿色竞争力处于持续上升阶段; 2013至2016年间由于企业经济效益有所下降, 使得绿色竞争力有所回落; 2016年后, 兖州煤业通过去产能、调结构等供给侧改革, 其绿色竞争力在2017年得到回升和提高;最后, 根据评价结论, 提出了如何提高兖州煤业绿色竞争力的建议.
