编辑意识的自省与自建--略谈军队政工期刊编辑的思维能力建设

摘要

The army political work journal is an important component of the medium in military camp. The political work journals play an important role in developing advanced military culture. As political work journal’s gatekeeper and planner, editor’s individual construction is particularly important. This paper suggested that editors should pay great attention on self-consciousness introspection and construction from the perspective of the crisis consciousness,dynamic consciousness, creation consciousness,grass-roots consciousness,planning consciousness,the humble consciousness,etc. ,and enhance editing ability.%军队政工期刊是军营媒介的重要组成部分。发展先进军事文化，政工期刊发挥着重要作用。作为政工期刊的把关人、策划人，编辑的个体建设显得尤为重要。文中建议编辑个体应从危机意识、动态意识、创造意识、基层意识、策划意识、谦卑意识等方面，对内在进行自我省察和自我构建，提升编辑素养，发展编辑能力，从而创造性地开展编辑工作，这就是“意识建设”。
