个体创造力一直是心理学和组织行为学研究的热点，通过对西方相关研究的梳理，概括了创造力的概念内涵，并将个体创造力的研究划分为3个阶段：①个体特性与创造力的研究；②认为创造力是一种过程；③环境、情境与创造力的研究。最后从跨层次影响因素的角度、管理者与非管理者创造力差异以及跨文化等角度提出以后进一步研究的方向。%Individual creativity has been a hot topic in psychological and organizational behavior .This paper overviewed pri-or research in this field ,summarizing three conceptions of creativity and dividing creativity research into three stages :①in-dividual characteristics and creativity;②the process of creativity;③organizational environment or context and creativity . Meanwhile ,this paper found out the shortage of prior research and proposed research direction in the future .
