多人单机操作性格与作业速率关系研究

摘要

研究多人单机操作中性格与作业速率的关系。采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验量表，对某军事院校随机抽取的10名学员的个性特征进行测试，使用SPSS 20．0软件中的Pearson相关分析将测试结果同多人单机操作实验成绩进行相关性分析。人的怀疑性特征对多人单机作业速度有比较显著的影响。在多人单机操作时，应该重视并充分发挥人的个性特征，提高作业效率。%The purpose is to research on the connection between personality and operating efficiency when multiple opera -tors operate a single machine;the method is to run a test on the personality of 10 cadets who were selected randomly from a military academy by Cattell ’ s 16 PF Questionnaire ,with analysis of the relativity between the personality test result and the experimental performance of a single machine operated by multiple operators via Pearson relativity analysis of SPSS 20.0 software;the result is that as a human personality ,suspicion factor has significant effect on the work rate of a single machine operated by multiple operators;the conclusion is that with single machine operated by multiple operators ,personality factors should be valued and exploited ,to increase operating efficiency .
