重庆千厮门嘉陵江大桥钢桁梁制造关键技术介绍

摘要

以重庆千厮门嘉陵江大桥钢桁梁制造为例，介绍厚板焊接、带锚箱中纵梁制造、下弦非对称杆件旁弯控制、正交异性钢桥面板模块化制造等关键技术，以期为同类钢桁梁制造提供借鉴。%With manufacture of steel trusses of Chongqing Qiansimen Jialing River Bridge as an example, this paper introduces key techniques for manufacture of thick plate welded medium longitudinal beams with anchor boxes, sidewise bending control of bottom chord asymmetrical bars and modular manufacture of orthotropic steel deck plates, etc. with a purpose of providing a reference for manufacture of similar steel trusses.
