重庆都市区新一代智能交通管理系统架构研究

             

摘要

将以物联网、大数据、云计算、4G、移动互联网等IT技术为载体的新一代智能交通管理系统架构分为5层:感知层、通信层、计算层、控制层和服务层. 重庆都市区新一代智能交通管理系统拟"建设1个中心、搭建7大应用平台、集成7大基础系统、接入3大基础系统",以实现对交通指挥调度、交通管理控制、出行信息服务等业务的多维度提升和全方位创新. 新一代智能交通管理系统将在重庆都市区道路交通缓堵、交通节能减排等方面发挥重要作用.%The framework of new generation intelligent traffic management system with IT technologies including the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computation, 4G and Mobile Internet, etc. as carriers is divided into 5 layers: sensing layer, communication layer, computing layer, control layer and service layer. New generation intelligent traffic management system in metropolitan area of Chongqing is intended to "construct 1 center, establish 7 application platforms, integrate 7 basic systems and connect 3 basic systems" to realize multi -dimensional promotion and all -directional innovation of traffic commanding and scheduling, traffic management and control and travel information service, etc. New generation intelligent traffic management system will play important roles in alleviation of road traffic jam in metropolitan area of Chongqing and traffic energy conservation and emission reduction.
