沥青路面碎石场振动筛配筛的选择

摘要

By analyzing the aggregate produced by different screen sizes and vibrating screens at different angles in crushing plant,this paper studies provision of screens for aggregate used for AC-20 and AC-16 asphalt mixtures in crushing plant.The results of study show that 23,11,6 and 3mm vibrating screens are appropriated for cold AC -16 mixture;when the screening result of aggregate does not satisfy the requirement,first check whether the angle of vibrating screens is appropriated or not,and then adjust screen size after adjustment to qualified angle,if the screen angle cannot be adjusted,enlarge the screen size to a certain degree based on the reasonable screen size.%通过分析碎石场不同筛孔尺寸及不同角度振动筛所生产的集料,研究碎石场AC-20及AC-16沥青混合料所用集料的配筛情况.研究结果表明:AC-20沥青混合料冷料振动筛配筛为23、11、6、3 mm较为合适,AC-16混合料冷料振动筛配筛为19、11、6、3 mm较为合适;集料筛分结果不满足要求时,首先查看振动筛筛网角度是否合适,调整到合格角度后再调整筛孔尺寸,若无法调整筛网角度,则在合理筛网尺寸上一定程度地放大.
