华岩隧道揭煤防突技术探讨

     

摘要

华岩隧道穿—生产矿井,瓦斯压力大、含量高,具有突出危险性,现有规范、指南难以满足施工控制需求.为保障施工安全,采用数值模拟方法对该隧道开挖过程应力分布情况进行研究分析.分析结果表明,开挖面与煤层间安全岩柱距离为10 m.基于此,提出“安全距离外,隧道正常作业;安全距离内,加强瓦斯监测与排放处理,将解吸指标控制在安全范围”的揭煤技术,以便顺利通过煤层段.%The Huayan tunnel passes through working mine,the gas pressure and concentration are high,and there is outburst hazard,the existing regulations and guide are hard to meet the requirement.In order to ensure the safety of construction,this paper uses the numerical simulation method to analyze the stress distribution of tunnel excavation.Analysis results show the safety pillar between excavation layer and coal seam is 10 m.For this,the authors put forwards the coal opening technology of “normal tunneling outside safe distance,pay attention to gas monitoring and drainage within safe distance,control the desorption index in a safe range”,so to pass through the coal seam.
