不中断交通的CFRP板加固空心板桥梁技术应用

     

摘要

With increasing traffic volume of urban bridge, it's necessary to explore the bridge reinforcing methods without interruption of traffic. The most busy South Trunk Bridge in Chongqing is taken as example in this paper and reinforcing method using hinge irrigating glue and CFRP plate at the bottom of beam is introduced to meet the demand for increasing the lateral integrity of the hollow plate and improve the structural bearing capacity without interference to traffic. In the same time, performance of pre-stress anchorage from different manufacturers are put to static tensile test to choose anchorage products, optimize construction process and strengthen construction process control. After reinforcement, the static load test show:the bearing capacity of bridge resume designed target and the effect of reinforcement was excellent.%随着城市桥梁交通量的日益增加,有必要探索不中断交通的桥梁加固方法.以重庆市交通最为繁忙的南干道桥为例,介绍在不中断交通的情况下,采用铰缝灌胶和在梁底张拉CFRP板的加固方法,达到增加空心板横向整体性以及提高结构承载能力的目的.同时,通过静力张拉试验测试不同厂家预应力锚具产品的性能以选定锚具产品,优化施工工艺,加强施工过程质量管理.加固后静载试验表明:桥梁承载能力恢复至设计既定目标,加固效果良好.
