工程质量保修效果评估方法

摘要

基于工程质量保修过程的全寿命周期,建立工程质量保修效果评估方法。确立工程质量保修效果综合评价指标体系,选择模糊综合评价方法,提出评价结果及处理原则。针对某项具体工程,利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,模糊合成评价结果,并对结果进行相应处理。%Based on the life cycle of project＇s quality warranty, the evaluation method of warranty effect against engineering project was established. The evaluation index system of warranty effect and the treatment principle of results were presented, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method was selected. For a specific project, weights of evaluation index was identified using AHP and the fuzzy result was analysised.
