铁路危险货物突发事故应急方案生成及其贝叶斯建模技术分析

摘要

The lack of standards for emergency management has become an increasingly important issue be- cause the railway dangerous goods in railway freight transport plays a very important role. Analysis is made on the generation of emergency scheme and formulated the generation process for each link. Bayes algo- rithm is applied to the scheme generation modeling for the further analysis and optimrm of the process.%随着全路危险货物应急管理工作不断深入开展，铁路危险货物突发事故应急管理缺乏规范标准的问题日益突出，而铁路危险货物在铁路货物运输中占有非常重要的地位。对铁路危险货物应急方案的生成进行分析，针对顸案管理的各个环节，制定应急方案的生成流程，在此基础上，应用贝叶斯算法对应急方案生成流程进行建模，为进一步对应急方案生成流程进行分析、优化奠定基础。
