研发联盟关系契约中未来共同价值的细分与促进策略

摘要

基于ERG理论,将研发联盟的"未来价值"细分为生存、相互关系和成长三个层次,并根据主体对未来价值的判断是否一致来识别未来共同价值是否形成.提出通过启发未来价值、扩大未来价值共识来促进研发联盟主体的"未来共同价值"的达成.最后,通过实际案例说明了未来价值细分策略与未来共同价值促进策略在"区域医疗协同平台"建设实践中的应用.%Based on the ERG theory,this paper divides future valuation into the following three levels:existence,relatedness and growing up. And it proposes that adding and enlarging future valuation help to achieve the agreement . Finally.it demonstrates the application of subdivision and encouragement strategy of future valuation in the development practice of district medical platform.
