中国地方政府城市绿地供给的标尺竞争--以长三角地区为例

Based on the median voter theory ,a spatial econometric method is employed to analyze the strategic interactions among 20 cities at prefecture level in Yangzi Delta area.The result shows as follows :the provision of neigbouring cities for urban green space positively affect that of local city ,while the effects of median voters'income and the price of urban green space are not significant ;although local natural environment endowments are used efficiently ,yardstick competition in which every city tend to imitate its neighboring cities for the provision of urban green space exists ,which violates human‐oriented principle of urbanization ,and may lead to a non‐optimal level of urban green space .%基于中间选民理论，使用空间计量方法分析了中国长三角地区20个地级政府在城市绿地供给上的策略互动。结果显示：邻近城市的绿地供给对本市的绿地供给有显著的正向影响，而中间选民收入和城市绿地价格对本市的绿地供给的影响不显著；虽然样本城市的自然环境禀赋得到有效利用，但是各城市存在参考邻近城市的绿地供给规模来提供本市绿地的标尺竞争行为，这种标尺竞争行为违背了以人为本的城镇化原则，可能导致城市绿地供给处于非最优水平。
