面向规模发展的组织学习模型

         

摘要

From the perspective of dynamic and contingency in organizational learning,this paper attempts to bring forward the argument that the style of organizational learning would be transferred with the growth of organizational size,and builds an organizational learning model based on organizational size.Taking organizational learning model in companies as the example,it discusses that,with the development of organization-al size,the learning mode that the organization takes will change,including from one learning style to ambidextrous learning,from tacit knowl-edge to both tacit and explicit knowledge,from unidirectional knowledge inflow to multidirectional knowledge inflow,from knowledge acquisition to knowledge creation and knowledge output,from low organizational professional function to high.%从组织学习的动态和权变视角,提出了组织学习的方式会随着组织规模的发展发生改变,并建立了面向规模发展的组织学习模型.以企业发展过程中面对规模发展的学习模型为例,探讨了当规模扩大时组织采取的学习模式发生的变化.具体包括:组织学习方式会从一元学习转向双元学习;知识编码会从以隐性知识为主转向隐性知识与显性知识相结合;组织中的知识流动会从单向流动转向多向流动;组织的知识管理方式会从知识获取转向知识生产和知识输出;组织学习功能的专业化水平提升.
