用焦化暖塔油代替热蜡油作急冷油的效能分析

摘要

SINOPEC Anqing petrochemical coking plant replaced hot wax oil with warm tower oil injecting in oil - quenching system. The system has smoothly operated for many years, so the scheme was proved to be feasible. With the strong points of reasonable design, simple operation, low investment and quick return, the scheme could not only eliminate hidden dangers from freshening of warm tower oil in fractionating tower, but also improve operation of heating furnace, fractionating tower, and air compressor, which should be an important technical reforming measure for energy reserving and consumption reduction and efficiency improvement with science and technology.%焦化装置用暖塔油替代热蜡油注入急冷油系统设计合理、操作便捷,且投资少、见效快,不仅消除了暖塔油直接进分馏塔回炼所带来的隐患,还可以改善加热炉、分馏塔和气压机的操作,是焦化装置节能降耗、科技增效的重要技改措施。
