原料中C10A比例对甲苯歧化和烷基转移反应的影响

             

摘要

讨论了甲苯歧化及烷基转移装置提高原料中碳十芳烃比例后对装置反应过程带来的影响。选择了原料中碳十芳烃不同质量分数的7种工况,以反应总转化率、总选择性及二甲苯选择性为基准进行对比,得到最优控制点:当进料中碳十芳烃比例为7.00%时,反应总转化率达到46.32%,总选择性达到92.4%,二甲苯选择性达到74.89%。%The effects of increasing Clo aromatics (C10A) concentration in material for toluene disproportionation and transalkylation plant on reaction process of the plant were discussed. This paper selected 7 work conditions with different C10A concentrations in material, compared the total conversion,total selectivity and xylene selectivity, and gained the optimum controlling point. When the C10A concentration was 7.00%, the total conversion of reaction reached 46. 32%, total selectivity reached 92. 4%, and xylene selectivity reached 74. 89%.
