IEMOS－CW循环水在线诊断与优化软件在上海石化的应用

摘要

介绍了IEMOS－CW循环水在线诊断与优化软件系统在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司某循环水场的应用情况。该软件系统实现了对循环水系统中循环水泵、循环水冷却塔、循环水冷却器、管网、循环水水质等的闭环在线监测和诊断，并根据诊断结果给出预警信息和优化建议，同时集成了系统性的数据报表，使循环水系统的管理大数据化，提高了企业整体循环水管理水平，同时对节水和节能也具有良好的指导意义。%The application of circulating water on-line diagnosis and optimization system in a circulating water plant of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The system realized on -line monitoring and diagnosis of processing parameters of circulating pumps,circulating water cooling tower,circulating water cooler,pipe network,circulating water quality,and could provide early warning information and optimization recommendations based on the diagnostic results.The system also incorporated the systematic data reports, which improved the management level of circulating water by big data,and provided guidance for water reducing and energy consumption of the system.
