粉煤灰无机外墙防水涂料的制备及其性能研究

以硅酸钾和硅溶胶为主料，粉煤灰为填料并加入添加剂，制备了粉煤灰无机外墙防水涂料。研究了填料中钛白粉和粉煤灰不同配方比例的性能，测试了所制的无机涂料的外观、干燥时间、二次涂刷、硬度、防水性、防碱性、耐老化性和储藏时间等方面的性能，得出了最佳的主料配方比以及填料的配方比例。%The lfy ash inorganic outwall coating was prepared with potassium silicate, silica sol and lfy ash filler. The performance of different formula ratio of titanium dioxide to lfy ash was studied. The appearance, drying time, two brushing, hardness, water resistance, alkali resistance, aging resistance and storage time of the coating were tested. The best formula of the ingredient ratio and filler proportion were obtained.
