基于CompactLogix PLC的智能蓄电池维护系统设计

         

摘要

针对目前蓄电池充电设备及电池保护系统只对整组蓄电池进行充电和保护的严重不足,利用RSView32组态软件、罗克韦尔CompactLogix PLC及整流设备,设计了一套使用快捷、优质的蓄电池维护和测试设备.该系统既可保证蓄电池组中每只蓄电池均能“充满”,又能保证每只电池不会发生过充电或过放电情况,从而提高了电池组容量的有效利用率及每只电池的使用寿命,因而具有重要的理论和应用价值.%For the current serious shortage of the charging equipment and battery protection system only work on the whole battery, the RSView32 configuration software, Rockwell CompactLogix PLC and the rectifier equipment are used, and a set of fast, high-quality battery maintenance and testing equipment is designed. The system not only ensures that each battery can be "full" in the battery pack, but also ensures that each battery is not charging or over-discharge, thereby improves the effective utilization and the service life of each battery for the capacity of the battery pack. Thus it has important theoretical and practical values.
