基于STM32的风机过滤单元二级拓扑群控系统

             

摘要

提出了一种基于RS485通信总线技术的风机过滤器单元FFU风机群控系统,详细讨论了该系统的组成以及具体实现方法.对基于STM32F103C8T6单片机的群控系统的集成进行了设计开发,系统组合了专门为FFU群控开发的控制软件GeLink FFU和总线拓扑结构.通过这些拓扑结构,FFU群控系统可以对大量FFU进行集中控制和监控,可以控制FFU运行、停止、运行的转速,也可以监控FFU状态和放障.实验证明,该系统能有效的对多FFU风机群控系统实现智能远程化监控和节能高效运行.%A novel fan filter unit (FFU) group control system based on RS485 bus is proposed.The whole group control system components and implementation methods are discussed in detail.Group system based on STM32103C8T6 integrated are developed.The system combined specifically for FFU group control software developed Ge Link FFU and bus topology.By these topologies,FFU group control system implements a large number of FFU for centralized control and monitoring control the FFU run,stop,running speed,but also can monitor the status and fault FFU.The experimental and practical application prove that the designed system can achieve intelligent remote monitoring for many FFU fan group control system and energy efficient operation.
