低电压治理效果评价指标体系及评价模型研究

摘要

针对目前缺少低电压治理项目衡量标准的问题,本文构建了一套能够全面反映低电压治理效果的综合评价体系,为低电压治理提供辅助决策支撑.首先,基于对低电压治理投入产出的分析,构建低电压治理项目指标体系;其次,利用德尔菲法、变异系数法、熵权法分别计算评价指标的权重,利用组合权重法确定指标的综合权重;最后,利用线性模型汇总指标权重和指标归一化值,确定评价对象的综合评分;整套体系具有很大的工程使用价值.%Aiming at the lack of low-voltage control project metrics,this paper constructes a set of low-voltage control to fully reflect the effect of a comprehensive evaluation system,providing decision support to assist low-voltage control.First,based on the low-voltage control input output analysis,low-voltage control projects index system is built.Secondly,by using of Delphi method,variation coefficient method,entropy method calculates the right evaluation indexes,by using of combination of weight method the indicators weight is determined.Finally,re-use summary index weights linear models and metrics normalized values to determine the composite score evaluation object.The entire system has a great engineering value.
