中频炉自动化系统的生产报表数据采集

摘要

The function for production report data collection is developed in the IF furnace automation system.According to the IEC104 protocol,the data from the power distribution system are read,and the data to S7-300PLC through the OPC communication are transfered,the final transmission is to the HMI computer in the control room.The function reads the production data from the S7-300PLC through the OPC communication.The application monitors the data from the IF furnace system,it generates the history records and the production reports.%在中频炉自动化系统中开发生产报表数据采集程序功能.根据IEC104协议读取高压配电系统数据,再通过OPC通讯将数据传输到S7-300PLC中,最终传输到中控室HMI计算机.应用程序再通过OPC通讯读取S7-300PLC中的生产数据.应用程序实时监测中频炉生产过程数据,且生成历史记录和生产报表.
