裁判员是篮球比赛的执法者，裁判员水平的高低直接影响到运动队比赛的成败，技、战术水平的发挥及比赛的精彩程度。随着篮球运动在高校开展及普及，对篮球裁判员的临场执裁能力提出了更高要求。文章通过对安徽省普通高校体育院系篮球专项学生进行问卷调查，发现篮球专项学生在篮球裁判理论知识的掌握上还有待提高，在篮球比赛中的执裁能力不足，缺乏经验等。因此，应该对体育院系的学生进行有针对性的培养，使学生在掌握篮球技战术的同时，也能熟练地掌握篮球裁判的理论与实践知识。%Basketball referees are rule-enforcement officers, The level of their judges in competitions directly affects the success or failure of sports teams, and their technical and tactical level of game play and exciting level of competition. With basketball game development in colleges and universities, there is a higher demand on basketball referee enforcement ability. The paper through the questionnaire survey of PE major students who mainly learning basketball referee skills in Anhui Province, finds that the students need to improve their basketball referee theoretical knowledge, in the practical games they are lack of practical judging ability, lack of experience. Therefore, there should be PE faculties students targeted training to enable students to master the basketball skills and tactics, while also be skilled at basketball referee theory and practical knowledge.
