采用拉挤工艺制备了碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料芯棒,并对其进行高低温人工加速老化试验,通过3点抗弯曲测试、抗冲击强度测试、扫描电镜观察等方法研究了高低温老化对碳纤维复合材料芯棒力学性能的影响。结果表明,高低温老化会使复合材料芯棒的抗弯曲强度和抗冲击强度有所下降,到老化后期趋于平缓;碳纤维复合材料芯棒最外层的玻璃纤维层对高低温老化较为敏感,老化对芯棒的整体性能影响不大。%Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite core was made by pultrusion process in this work.After high-low temperature thermal aging,several tests were taken to evaluate the mechanical properties of the composites,such as three point bending test,impact test and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the three point bending strength and impact strength decreased at the beginning of the aging period,and then changed smoothly;the outmost layer of the carbon fiber reinforced composite core was glass fabric layer,which was sensitive to high-low temperature thermal aging.The influence of artificial aging on the overall mechanical properties of the composite core was small.
