工作整合型社会企业参与'大陆单亲妈妈'服务的探索性研究——基于台湾人安基金会的个案分析

大陆单亲妈妈面临的多重困境使台湾传统部门在解决此类问题时始终力不从心.受近年来台湾社会创新潮流的影响,人们开始尝试通过社会企业方式来帮扶社会弱势群体,工作整合型社会企业是其中重要类型之一.本文以台湾人安基金会为例,详细剖析工作整合型社会企业介入大陆单亲妈妈服务的发展历程和服务成效,并运用PRAMC框架总结其成功经验.本研究不仅为解决大陆单亲妈妈问题带来许多有益的启示,也为实现工作整合型社会企业有效运作提供了可供参考的样本.%The mu1tip1e difficu1ties faced by sing1e mothers from the main1and have 1eft Taiwan traditiona1 departments unab1e to cope with such prob1ems. Inf1uenced by Taiwan socia1 innovation trend in recent years, peop1e begin to try he1ping the vu1nerab1e groups through socia1 enterprises, and the job integrated socia1 enterprise is one of the important types. Based on Taiwan Renan foundation as an examp1e,this paper makes an detai1ed ana1ysis of the deve1opment course and service effectiveness that the job integrated socia1 enterprises are engaged in in the service of sing1e mothers from main1and,and at the same time,summarizes its successfu1 experience by the use of PRAMC framework. The research not on1y brings a 1ot of beneficia1 en1ightenment in so1ving the prob1em of sing1e mothers from the main1and, but a1so provides integrated socia1 enterprises with the reference samp1e in their effective operation.
