[Objective/Meaning]The analysis on the industrial development process, organizational promotion, industri-al upgrading and policy guidance of rural wineries in Taiwan would help for the deep analysis on the development ex-perience of rural industrial integration in Taiwan, and provide reference for the integration development of rural indus-tries in mainland China.[Methods/Procedures]Four different rural wineries of agricultural organizations, Xinyi DreamFactory, Dahu Strawberry Winery, Wufeng Winery and Daan Winery, were selected and comparatively analyzed fromthe core measures of industrial integration, including industrial upgrading, resource integration, product innovationand creativity, industrial chain extension, hoping to discover the characteristics, countermeasures and achievements ofindustrial integration in Taiwan.[Results/Conclusions]The results showed that the important factors affecting the de-velopment of rural wineries included the support of authorities, innate resources, and acquired efforts.To promotethe rural industries integration in Mainland China, the following aspects were necessary:policy guidance and support, local resources, innovative thinking, combination of industry, education and research and talent training.%[目的/意义]分析台湾农村酒庄的发展历程、组织推动、产业升级和政策引导等产业融合案例, 有助于学习台湾农村产业融合的发展经验, 为大陆农村产业融合发展提供借鉴.[方法/过程]选取了信义乡梅子梦工厂、大湖草莓酒庄、雾峰酒庄和大安酒庄等4个发展各异的农业组织型农村酒庄, 从产业升级、资源整合、产品创新和创意、产业链延伸等产业融合的核心措施进行比较分析, 探讨台湾农村产业融合的特征、措施和成效.[结果/结论]研究认为, 影响酒庄发展的重要因素包括当局扶持、先天资源、后天努力等.因此, 推进大陆农村产业融合发展应加强政策引导与扶持, 并结合当地资源、创新思维, 还要引导产学研相结合、加强人才培养.
