农民专业合作社资金互助运行机制探析

摘要

Withthefurtherdevelopmentoffarmers’professionalcooperatives,theshortagesoffundsbecomethe majorbottleneckinitsdevelopment.Inordertosolveeffectivelythisproblem,thispaperanalyzestheoperating mechanismofmutualfundsoffarmers’professionalcooperativesfromthreeaspectssuchasoperationalstructure, operationalproceduresandoperationalresultsofinternalmutualfundsofFarmers’professionalcooperative,onthis basistherunningpathofmutualfundsofFarmers’professionalcooperativewasbuilt.Meanwhile,theappropriate countermeasurestoimprovetheoperatingmechanismofmutualfundsoffarmers’professionalcooperativeswereput forward.%　　随着农民专业合作社不断深入发展，资金短缺成为其发展的主要瓶颈。为有效破解这一难题，该文从农民专业合作社内部资金互助的运行结构、运行过程和运行结果三个方面对农民专业合作社资金互助的运行机制展开分析，并在此基础上构建出农民专业合作社资金互助的运行路径，同时也提出了完善农民专业合作社资金互助运行机制的相应对策。
