农业科技创新是农业发展的根本出路，重视并发展农业科技是我们党一以贯之的态度。通过梳理十七大以来历次中央涉农文件，阐述了十七大以来党的农业科技创新思想的五大主要内容：准确定位农业资源禀赋、紧抓世界科技革命的历史机遇、大力发展农业科技创新、努力培养农业科技人才、着力提升农业科技自主创新能力；提出了党的农业科技创新思想对当今农业发展的重要启示，强调现阶段农业发展应加快农业科技创新，提升农业自主创新能力。%Agricultural scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental outlet of agricultural development,so our Party adheres to a consistent attitude on attaching importance to and developing agricultural science and technolo-gy. By combing through all the agriculture-related central files since the 17th CPC National Congress,this paper elab-orated the five major contents of our Party’s thoughts on agricultural scientific and technological innovation,which included accurately positioning the endowment of agricultural resources,seizing the historical opportunity of scientific and technological revolution in the world,vigorously developing the agricultural scientific and technological innova-tion,cultivating agricultural scientific and technological talents,and so on. Then,this paper put forward the impor-tant enlightenments of our Party’s agricultural scientific and technological innovation thoughts on the current agricul-tural development. It was emphasized that the agricultural development at the present stage should speed up the inno-vation of agricultural science and technology and improve the capability of agricultural independent innovation.
