奥氮平用于维持性精神分裂症治疗的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：研究分析奥氮平用于维持性精神分裂症治疗的临床效果。方法选取在该院治疗的维持性精神分裂症患者60例(2013年4月—2015年6月)。将其动态随机化分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予氯氮平治疗，研究组患者给予奥氮平进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的临床总有效率(96.67%)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者不良反应发生率(13.33%)与对照组患者相对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用奥氮平对维持性精神分裂症患者进行治疗的效果显著，能降低患者不良反应的发生，在临床上可以广泛应用。%Objective To study the clinical effect of olanzapine for maintenance treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 60 patients with maintenance schizophrenia treated in our hospital were selected (April 2013—June 2015).The dynamic randomization was divided into study group and control group,each of 30 cases.In the control group were treated with clozapine treatment,patients in study group were given olanzapine treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Patients in the study group,the clinical total efficiency (96.67%)and compared to the control group,there is significant difference (P<0.05);study group of patients with adverse reactions oc-curred rate (13.33%) and the control group of patients compared with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of olanzapine to maintain the spirit of schizophrenia patients with obvious treatment effect,can reduce the occur-rence of adverse reactions in patients,in clinical on can be widely used.
