目的：研究分析肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床特征。方法选取该院2014年10月—2015年10月期间收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者80例，对所有患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。将体型肥胖的51例患者设定为研究组，将体型非肥胖的29例患者设定为参照组，对两组患者应用同一检查方法进行检查，对比分析患者的不同临床指标情况。结果经临床检查发现研究组患者的胰岛素抵抗出现率90.20%明显高于参照组患者的胰岛素抵抗出现率10.34%，同时，研究组患者人体测量学相关指标中体重、腰围、臀围、BMI、WHR分别为(75±7.5)、(89±5)、(109±2)、(27±1.9)、(0.91±0.06)及内分泌代谢指标中Homa-IR、LH、T、LH/FSH分别为(1.1±0.1)、(8.2±1.7)IU/L、(4.1±0.1)nmol/L、(1.3±0.5)与参照组患者相比较，两项指标对比，数据均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论代谢症候群和内分泌异常情况等属于肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者临床特征，对患者的患病情况存在一定影响。%Objective To study the clinical characteristics of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.
